While my therapy practice will continue, I’m excited to share that I’ve launched a separate coaching business exclusively for high-achieving men who feel criticized, unappreciated, and disconnected in their marriage.

This new coaching program, The Intimacy Upgrade, is designed to help men:

Reignite connection and trust with their partner

Overcome resentment and emotional distance

Restore intimacy without losing their dignity or becoming someone they’re not

Unlike therapy, this is a coaching program—not mental health treatment. Coaching is focused on strategies, skills, and action plans to help men achieve specific relationship goals.
