The Yoga Institute Clear Lake Welcome! We are your personal boutique yoga studio. We teach the practice of yoga to support you in living your best life today. This is your invitation!

It is never too late to start and there are no pre-requisites to begin. The Yoga Institute was founded March 1, 1974. It is one of the oldest, largest, living yoga studios in the country today. The Yoga Institute offers an eclectic blend of hatha yoga, incorporating many elements of Vinyasa, Anusara©, Ashtanga-based and Jivamukti-infused classes.
