Lower back pain is a very common problem, especially towards people with age. When the lower back starts shoot out pain, it hurts tremendously and is very uncomfortable! In order to prevent this (or lessen the pain) one must take proper precautions. Such precautions are:
- Security Poles
- Daily exercise
- Correct Posture
- Rest
- Avoid lifting heavy

Introducing the new innovative rollator for indoor use. It gives the same support and security as your standard rollator, but it gives the convenience of using it indoor. With a built in tray (that can be removed easily), it allows the user to place things like food, beverages, snacks, etc. and walk around the house/community center/nursing home or wherever you are residing. There is also a built in carry-on pouch where the user can place things like books, glasses, bags, etc. and it will stay put no matter the circumstance. A common “technique” people tend to use when in a seated position, like on the toilet, is they tend to pull their back as they are getting up or they are grabbing onto unsafe and unreliable objects, such as the glass shower door, which can easily break from all the pressure. When getting up from a seated position, the core becomes engaged and the power comes from the legs. When people are with age and/or their body is not as strong as it was, these body parts are not as strong as they were before so people find “alternatives” to help then execute the same tasks from before. However, these “alternatives” are HORRIBLE, because they can cause a serious injury or accident.
By installing the Security Pole (bathroom), you can eliminate these bad “alternatives” and “techniques” and live a safe and independent lifestyle. Simply latch on to the Security Pole, and pull yourself upwards with your arms, while getting a bit of support from your legs and core. A common way most people with age get up, is they twist and turn from side to side until they get up onto their feet. This is a really bad “technique” to use, reason being is that while they are doing that, they tend to pull and strain their backs, which can cause a lot of unwanted and painful injuries overtime.
By installing the Trapeze Grab Bar, and utilising it the correct way, you can easily and safely get out of bed!
