Here is our schedule for this week. Notice on Thursday evening we will participate in the Wellness Open House hosed by Shareevolution. Come join us at 5:30 or at 6 PM on Thursday. We will offer two free 30 minute classes during the Wellness Open House. If you’ve ever wondered about yoga & have never tried it, drop by and give it a go. If you’ve been away from the practice for anwhile now’s the time to ease it back into your routine. Everyone is welcome in all of our classes so come see us.
