Churches, businesses, and community groups across Natchitoches are joining together to help stock our Boutique with baby essentials for local moms and families. 💕

Join the challenge! Collect new baby items—diapers, wipes, baby wash, formula, clothing (0–2T), and more—and help us fill the shelves with love.

💙 Wear Blue for Anti-Bullying Day! 💙

Today, the Women’s Resource Center stands with the Natchitoches Parish School Board to promote kindness, courage, and respect by wearing blue in support of Anti-Bullying Day.

As we also observe Respect Life Month, we’re reminded that every life—every child, every teen, every mom—deserves dignity, compassion, and respect. Let’s choose kindness, speak life, and stand together for a community where everyone feels seen, safe, and valued. 💙✨

💙 October is Respect Life Month, and today we were honored to welcome the Sabine Nurse-Family Partnership for a tour of the Women’s Resource Center! Our services are available to all women throughout our area, including Sabine Parish.

The Nurse-Family Partnership is an incredible program that pairs first-time moms with registered nurses who provide support, education, and encouragement from pregnancy through the child’s early years. 💖

We’re so thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with organizations like this that share our mission to support and empower mothers, babies, and families. Together, we celebrate life—every day and in every way. 💕

Sign-ups are underway for this year’s Fill the Boutique Challenge — and we’re so excited to see our community coming together for moms and babies! 💕

Churches and businesses are already stepping up in faith and generosity. Thank you to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Freedom Life Church, and Alliance Compressors, just to name a few, for joining the challenge early! 🙌

The challenge officially kicks off November 1st, as groups across Natchitoches collect baby essentials like diapers, wipes, and new baby clothes to help restock our WRC Boutique. Every item donated blesses local families and shows the love of Christ in action.

🌸 October 15 — Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day 🌸

Today, during Respect Life Month, we pause to remember every precious life lost too soon — and to surround families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss with love and compassion. 💗

At the Women’s Resource Center of Natchitoches, we offer confidential care, counseling, and support for women walking through grief and loss during pregnancy. You are not alone, and your baby’s life is never forgotten.

Since 1989, the Women’s Resource Center of Natchitoches has been a place of life, hope, and faith for mother’s all across the state. That's why Rolling Hills Ministries is proud to announce we've chosen to donate to the WRC🥳

They offer compassionate support and resources so each woman and family can thrive in all seasons of life. This ministry strives to be beside women and families every step of the way.

They offer a variety of free resources such as ultrasounds, educational classes, material assistance, support, and more throughout the pregnancy and during the first year after the baby is born.

Their motto is “Rooted in Faith, Blooming with Hope”. They state, “For every woman who walks through our doors, our goal is to equip her with the skills, support, and education she needs to make confident, life-affirming choices. We want her to experience a healthier life, a safe pregnancy, and the joy of delivering a healthy baby. Beyond that, we continue to walk beside her with material assistance and encouragement throughout pregnancy and into her baby’s first year.”
