Thank you to Vital Signs for inviting Brandy Klingman, CEO of St. Christopher’s Addiction Wellness Center, to be part of their Family Forum.

Brandy spoke alongside local leaders about substance misuse in youth and the role education and connection play in protecting young lives. We are so grateful to the organizers and community partners for hosting an event that puts families and prevention first.

As part of Red Ribbon Week 2025, Travis Weisbrod, Director of the Wellness Program at St. Christopher’s and Magnolia Belle, joined Northwestern State University to present “The Truth About Addiction: Myths, Facts, and Hope.”

Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, Travis shared an honest look at addiction, including how it affects the brain, shapes behavior, and influences relationships. He also discussed how wellness practices such as exercise can strengthen long-term recovery and help prevent relapse.

We are honored to work alongside educators and students who are promoting awareness, compassion, and a shared commitment to a drug-free community.

Brandy, Hope, and Grier spent the day touring Voyage Recovery Center in Jupiter, FL alongside Patrick Balsley.

It’s encouraging to walk through another program that holds itself to the same high standards of clinical care and community that we value at St. Christopher’s & Magnolia Belle.

From Denver to Baton Rouge, connection is what keeps us inspired.

We recently had the opportunity to join Grace & Emerge and Maxwell Recovery Services for a Women’s Professional Tour—visiting leading programs and exchanging ideas that strengthen our collective mission of getting treatment to those who need it most.

It’s a privilege to be part of a field that thrives on collaboration and shared purpose.
