Honoring a Guardian Angel at NRMC
We are proud to recognize Mallie Anderson, Nurse Practitioner, as our newest Guardian Angel. Mallie was nominated by a fellow associate who shared appreciation for her compassion, professionalism, and steady presence in even the most challenging situations. She is admired for the care she gives each patient, her commitment to excellence, and the calm confidence she brings to her team.
Her colleague shared that Mallie’s efficiency and support not only enhance the quality of care at NRMC, but also make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she works alongside. Her dedication allows her team the precious ability to spend more time with their families, and her reassuring nature brings comfort during difficult moments. Her impact reaches far beyond the clinical setting, and she is valued as an extraordinary caregiver and teammate.
Mallie is pictured here with General Surgeon Dr. William Ball and Clinical Manager Shay Ball, who join us in celebrating her well-deserved recognition.
