This past Sunday our SALMON at Natick team proudly joined the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Gillette Stadium!

It was an inspiring day filled with hope, support, and determination.

🌟 Ambassador of Excellence: Carlos Augusto Ceron Soto 🌟

This week, we are proud to celebrate Carlos Augusto Ceron Soto of Whitney Place at Natick as our PCA Ambassador of Excellence.

Carlos joined the SALMON family in 2022 as a dishwasher and quickly proved himself to be an invaluable member of the team. In 2023, he earned his CNA certification and began taking on shifts as both a CNA at Beaumont and a PCA at Whitney Place. When Whitney Place needed a van driver, Carlos didn’t hesitate to step in and help, always ready to support wherever he’s needed.

“Carlos always shows up with a smile and a positive attitude,” one coworker shared. “No matter what role he’s in, he gives 100 percent and truly cares about the residents.”

Known for his gentle nature and kind heart, Carlos brings warmth and joy to everyone he encounters. “He’s the definition of a team player,” another team member said. “Carlos is dependable, hardworking, and always willing to lend a hand.” His dedication and positivity embody what SALMON stands for, loyalty, authenticity, and ‘Doing More’. 💛 At our SALMON at Natick Campus, it doesn’t matter which neighborhood you call home — our community comes together as one. These two new residents, from different neighborhoods, are already sharing smiles, music, and friendship as they enjoy an afternoon of entertainment together.
