We help children with autism reach their full potential through high-quality programming.

RCS is a family-focused ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) provider for children and individuals from infancy through adulthood. We believe that every child has unique skills and we are dedicated to helping each child develop these skills and reach their full potential. We use the evidence-based method of ABA with an emphasis on the Verbal Behavior Model for teaching communication and language skills to help children thrive in various environments. RCS provides both in-home and center-based therapy sessions based on the needs of each child. Children work with highly trained therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who create flexible and child-driven programming. Our services include:
• Home & community-based therapy sessions
• Early Intervention
• Integrated Preschool Program (full-day)
• Early Childhood Program (full-day, AM sessions, PM sessions)
• Weekly Social Skills Program

We’re excited to open enrollment for our Spring and Fall center-based Integrated Preschool Program in Natick, MA!

✨ Serving children ages 2.5–6 years
✨ Consistent 1:1 staff support, overseen by a BCBA
✨ Inclusive social opportunities within a preschool classroom setting
✨ Flexible scheduling: Monday–Friday, M/W/F, or Tu/Th between 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

We accept most health insurance plans and are proud to provide a nurturing, structured environment where every child is supported and encouraged to thrive.

Feeling the love at RCS! ❤️

Our amazing staff were treated to sweet Valentine’s Day jars as a small thank-you for the care, patience, and heart they bring to our students and families every day. Meanwhile, the children in our Early Childhood Center had such a fun time celebrating — filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of special moments.

We’re so grateful for a team that makes every day feel a little brighter and for the joy our students bring to our community. 💕

Our Integrated Preschool Program (IPP) students had so much fun last month enjoying winter play! From outdoor playground time in the snow ❄️ to snow-themed group activities and winter play choices in their inclusion classrooms, learning was happening everywhere. We’re looking forward to a fun and engaging February ahead!
