Yoga is for EVERYONE! We use breathe and movement to create space, listen to our body and help regulate our nervous system.

Come as you are and take any modifications you need.

Oh, one more thing…. Lululemon leggings are not required. If they are your preference, great. Fun fact… I just taught a class in an old pair of leggings that I didnt even notice had a small hole in the knee 🤷🏻‍♀️
