Did you know self-care actually has eight dimensions? When one area is low, the others often feel it too. Taking small steps in each category can help restore balance, energy, and resilience.

✨ The 8 Categories of Self-Care:
• Physical: caring for your body through rest, nutrition, and movement.
• Emotional: honoring your feelings and practicing healthy coping skills.
• Spiritual: connecting with meaning, purpose, and grounding practices.
• Social: building supportive, authentic relationships and boundaries.
• Intellectual: stimulating your mind through learning and creativity.
• Environmental: creating spaces that feel calm, safe, and organized.
• Financial: managing resources, budgeting, planning, and reducing stress.
• Professional: nurturing growth, balance, motivation, and healthy work habits.

Self-care is personal—there’s no “right” way to do it. What matters is choosing what nourishes you.
