Holy Week always hits me hard. We go from Jesus riding triumphantly through the gates of Jerusalem to being betrayed by a friend to being denied by the others, eventually ending in crucifixion.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.

Cut me some slack this week, ok?

So many new patients flooding our office! They all seem tired of going to clinics where the provider is here today, gone later today. Thank you to the good people of Navarre for supporting the doctor that has been here for over 20 years! Call us and join our practice, or better yet, walk in for your acute medical needs!

I keep seeing on social media how everyone wants to go back to the old ways of healthcare, where your doctor knew your family and was always available for all types of issues.

You don’t have to go back in time, I’m still here!
But places like my clinic are a dying breed and need your support. Take the time and come see us instead of giving your money to the huge corporations that could care less about you.

Happy and content to be your hometown family doctor!

People ask me if I miss being in the Legislature.
Yesterday in my clinic, I made a difference in 35 lives based on what I thought was the right thing to do, and I didn’t have to clear it with 119 other people to do it.
I prefer where I am, thanks.

No, I haven’t seen any measles out there, but I will tell you what we have seen in the last three weeks- an abdominal aortic aneurysm, meningitis, and leukemia.

Medicine is serious business. Don’t trust your life to some substandard minute clinic that may not even have a doctor on the premises. Don’t you deserve someone who finished 15th in his med school class with 30 years of expertise?
