We welcome all ages, all body types and sizes. We want to help you find a class that supports your body, calms your mind and brings you back to a healthy balance. We offer all kinds of yoga and we have classes 7 days a week. You do not have to be flexible in order to do yoga; you have to be willing to meet your body where it is today.
