Growing up NY, there were three guys who regularly hung together; Bill Lochridge, Bob Guibord, and me. We worked together in White Plains, went trout fishing together, and hung out.

25-years ago today, I received a call from Plattsburg, NY, that Bob had committed su***de. Bob had always dealt with "demons". If you know someone dealing with demons, in remembrance of Bob, get them help.
