As part of our Awards Day celebration in May, we are proud to recognize Lynita Smith, a dedicated member of the Morningstar Living team since January 1989. Throughout the years, Lynita has brought light, reliability, and positivity to every neighborhood she’s worked in. Known for her contagious laugh, kind spirit, and willingness to always say “yes” when others need help, she truly represents the heart of our community.
When asked what she loves most about her role, Lynita shared:
“Making a difference in people’s lives and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.”
