⚾🍦 Opening Day = Team Appreciation Win! 🍦⚾

In celebration of MLB Opening Day, we hit a home run with a sweet treat for our incredible team members!

We served up ice cream with all the toppings—complete with baseball hats to make it extra fun and festive. From sprinkles to syrup, everyone got to build their perfect sundae and enjoy a well-deserved moment of appreciation.

This was a fun way for us to show our appreciation for our incredible team. Thank you for the care, compassion, and dedication you bring every day—it truly makes a difference. 💙

Earlier this week we had the absolute honor of celebrating resident Elsie Frey on her 106th birthday. This incredible lady was showered with love at lunch in the Good Spirit Café. The celebration continued in the afternoon with a spirited serenade by national bass/baritone performer Roosevelt Credit. Roosevelt travelled from New York to join the celebration. He was accompanied on piano by Rev. Janice Butz, Minister of Music at St John’s Evangelical Lutheran in Nazareth. Vocal accompaniment was provided by Brooke and Alana from the Nazareth High School Chorus. Together with family and friends they made Elsie’s 106th birthday one unforgettable day! What a beautiful milestone for a truly remarkable woman.

We were thrilled to welcome Kevin Jameson from the Dementia Society of America back to Moravian Hall Square for last night’s Memory Lane seminar. It was a full house, with attendees eager to learn about the Cognitive Action Plan—a proactive approach to supporting lifelong brain health.
Kevin is an engaging speaker with a natural rapport with the audience. He brings humor, clarity, and warmth to an important conversation, making complex topics feel accessible and empowering.

🍀 Lucky Looks & Lots of Fun! 🍀

This week our team brought the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day to life with festive green outfits and big smiles all around! 💚

Team members joined in on a community-wide scavenger hunt, searching high and low for hidden gold and green coins. Our lucky finders were rewarded with a spin of the prize wheel—winning treats like gold chocolate coins and even lottery tickets! 🎉

Residents were delighted by a special visit from members of the Liberty High School Grenadier Band, who filled our community with the unmistakable sound of bagpipes and drums. Their rousing renditions brought smiles, toe‑tapping, and a whole lot of Irish spirit to the day. The band members also explained how the bagpipes work. Thank you to these talented students for sharing their music and making this an unforgettable St Patrick's Day!
