Pat has been part of our Gentle Barre crew since day one.

Someone recently said to her, “Oh my gosh, I can’t believe you’re 90! Look at you, still coming to the gym!”

Her response?

“Well, I can’t do everything… but I have to give credit to Michelle for yoga and Amanda for Gentle Barre. It’s been really helpful for my body and my mind.”

That’s what this is really about. 💫
