Delicious Wonton Soup - Better than take out
Comforting Soup you can make at home that your family will surely enjoy!
Ingredients:
7 cups chicken broth
15 -20 pcs of frozen wonton or dumplings of choice
4 cloves garlic minced
1 inch size ginger minced
1 tsp oil to saute
1 bundle of bok choy 🥬 or broccoli
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Garnish: 1/2 cup green onions and chili oil
Steps:
In a large pot, add oil and saute the garlic and ginger for about a minute till fragrant. Then add the broth, soy sauce and sesame oil. Let it boils. Once it boils, add frozen wonton and cook for about 6-7 minutes. Then, add bok choy. Simmer for a minute. Garnish with green onions and chili oil, ready to serve. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
Note: if there’s no bok choy available, you can use 1 crown broccoli or any vegetable of choice like parsley, kale
****Homemade Lo Mein Sauce:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil (add more if you want)
1 tosp sugar
3/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix everything and ready to use.
