What food prep rituals do you have each week to keep your body in its most optimal state of health?
My fav way to start the week is a flat of roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, and yams, as many varieties as I can find. Gut microbiota thrives on diversity of plant based foods!
Disease and dis-ease elimination including pesky symptoms like joint pain, brain fog, etc., starts with gut health.
Added bonus when you heat, cool and reheat them, this allows them to turn into a resistant starch, which is also a creator of a thriving gut and as beneficial as fiber!
