We are in need of a custodian to clean a building located by ISTC on Hwy 69. It is a 2-story building and someone cleans the bottom floor & we need someone to clean the top floor. We are also open to finding a team of 2 people who can work together to clean the entire building. It is every Tuesday and Thursday after 5pm. It pays $390 per month per person. You must have previous custodial experience, have reliable transportation and be dependable. We need someone immediately. We have an immediate opening for 2 people who can clean several buildings together during the day, between 7:30am and 5:00pm in the Beaumont area. It is a total of 2 businesses with each being cleaned on separate days (one on Thursdays and one on Fridays). You will be working around people that work at these businesses so you must be able to communicate in English. The first building will be on Thursdays and will take around 2 to 3 hours to clean and pays $142.00 per month for each person. The second building will be on Fridays and will take around 3 to 4 hours to clean and pays $195.00 per month for each person.

We prefer to have someone who has previous experience cleaning businesses. Must be dependable and reliable transportation. We have a job beginning next week that is in Liberty, Texas. We need someone who lives close to that area.. it is cleaning a business one day per week between the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm. It pays a flat rate of about $46.00 per cleaning and should take between an hour and a half to two hours. The job is at an industrial facility in Nederland, Texas. The pay is $16 to $17 per hour, DOE. The work days are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. The job starts on 4/1/25.

Previous commercial cleaning experience or industrial environment experience is a plus. Must have dependable transportation to get around within the facility. Must have TWIC card.
