Curiosity is one of the most underrated healing tools, because it gives you a place to start when something feels โoff.โ
Try this:
๐ Instead of getting frustrated with your symptoms, take a breath and step back.
๐ Look for patterns. Did something shift in your sleep, stress, meals, or routine?
๐ Test one small change. Not five. Just one. Swap out a food, add a walk, or go to bed earlier.
๐ Give this change a few days and simply notice whatโs affected.
๐ If the shift helps, keep going. If not, try a different angle. Your body will continue to give you feedback.
