Best to eat closer to summer, or as in my case, after intense gardening and yard work in the bright morning sun.☀️ 🪏

I am petsitting my neighbor’s cat and I always try to spend as much time there as possible so he doesn’t get too lonely. I will bring a book, or meditate or do some yoga with him… this morning we did our morning beauty routines together with my favorite gua sha…. 😹💙 FUN FACT: I have 6 cats of my own that take up the rest of my day! And my logo is a cat for no reason related to acupuncture! 😻

For me, I am out walking my dogs in these mountains every day, and sometimes down in Boulder, where I can meet spring in full bloom a little sooner! 🥰🌸🏔️
