The Neighborhood Santa made a special stop today — with his trusty helper by his side — to spread cheer, deliver smiles, and sprinkle a little holiday magic throughout our community. Good news… everyone made the nice list this year!

Laughter was shared, smiles were bright, and the Christmas spirit was felt in every corner.

Our community is still over the moon about our wonderful Toast to Tenure event hosted by our Wingate Family at Gillette Stadium. We had the honor of celebrating those who have poured their love and dedication into caring for our residents and families for 10, 15, 20, 25+ years.

We were also thrilled to share that two of our very own, Jose Soto, Neighborhood Director and Blemur Rossignol, Sous Chef, were recognized with special honors. Jose received the Dream Weaver Award, and Blemur was awarded the Bright Ideas Award.

The Dream Weaver Award honors Wingate team members who embody unreasonable hospitality, turning everyday interactions into extraordinary experiences for residents and their families. These individuals bring Wingate’s mission to life by collaborating across departments, finding creative solutions, and consistently going above and beyond. Through their dedication and innovative spirit, they transform challenges into opportunities to delight, inspire, and leave a lasting impact on everyone they serve.

The Bright Ideas Award recognizes a team member who has introduced a new idea, process, or approach that has made a positive impact in their community—whether by improving daily operations, enhancing resident experiences, or strengthening teamwork.
