We’re celebrating 40 incredible years of Wingate Living! 💫

To kick off our anniversary year, we gathered at Gillette Stadium to honor team members who have each dedicated 10 or more years to our mission. It was an afternoon filled with gratitude, laughter, and recognition. A true celebration of the people who make Wingate Living what it is today.

From our beginnings as a single family-run community in 1986 to becoming a trusted provider of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Care across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, our success has always been built on one thing: our people.

Thank you to every member of the Wingate family, past and present, for leading with compassion, dignity, and grace for four decades. Here’s to 40 years of caring for others, building community, and creating a legacy we can all be proud of. 🥂
