We were honored to welcome the City of Neenah, Wisconsin Police Department for their monthly staff meeting yesterday at Marathon Flats, conveniently located across the street from the PD. It was a great opportunity for the officers to tour the building and meet their newest neighbor!

We were honored to welcome Neenah Mayor Jane Lang and other city officials for a tour of the Marathon Flats apartments yesterday and we are proud to contribute to the legacy of this community and grateful for the support from our local leaders.

A two-year project to convert an old Kimberly Clark building into a 61-unit apartment complex is now complete.
