Join us for our free 30 minute Health Chat program on Friday, February 13th at 10:00 am, with one of our In-Home Registered Nurses. This month's topic is the Evolution of the Food Pyramid, learn about how there used to be no limits on fats, sugar, or portions and how that has changed through time. The goal of this chat is to focus on the 2025-2030 food pyramid. No registration necessary, held in our Keller Community Center.
