We'll explore selecting a trusted healthcare agent and understanding the legal document known as the Power of Attorney for Healthcare (POA-HC). This includes considering your medical wishes, personal values, and making decisions about who will speak for you if you cannot. We were lucky to be chosen to host the pilot program of High-Octane Brain Fitness course. In the 7 week course, our group had an 11% increase in brain healthy habits, 7% boost in emotional well-being, a 9.2% increase in memory confidence, and a 50% increase in exercise and movement!
