To meet the growing needs of the communities we serve, we are pleased to announce ThedaCare and Wisconsin Institute of Urology have signed a transaction for ThedaCare to acquire Wisconsin Institute of Urology, and become the majority member of the ambulatory surgery center, Wisconsin Institute of Surgical Excellence.

The vision of our enhanced urology care team is to ensure access to services for people in northeast and central Wisconsin by sharing best practices and creating stronger, more integrated care journeys for our patients. The breadth of current urology services is planned to continue.
