GLRCs' mission through this run is to provide back to those in need of a lending hand through our "Compassionate Care Fund." What is this fund you may be asking? This fund is for individuals to be able to access GLRC’s services and get the help they need even if they are not able to pay for them. This is beneficial for clients who may be uninsured, under insured, or are not eligible for governmental or community funding. Individuals receiving assistance from the Compassionate Care Fund may be from anywhere in the Upper Peninsula.
