Are you grieving the loss of a person or role that was dear to you? Our Adult Grief Group meets tomorrow, Friday October 10th, 5:30-6:30 here at Rising Hearts Studio. This group is facilitated by Sam Wall, and sponsored by HUGGS.
Also, Friday October 10th is World Mental Health Day - please join me for a Rally against Stigma. I will be at the Nehalem Parking lot (on 101, by flashing light) 4-5 PM handing out Don’t Give Up signs to hold up during the rally. Participants will be able to take the signs home. If you already have a sign, bring it down and join us!
This rally is a non political gathering meant to rally and show support for mental health and help reduce the stigma surrounding help seeking behavior for those struggling. 💚
. Please stop and hold a sign to show our community how much we care, you are not alone. This rally is sponsored by Tillamook County Su***de Prevention Coalition and HUGGS.

Hello ALL!!
Just a quick heads up......
our SHOP will be CLOSED this SUNDAY, October 5th. Please come see us tomorrow 11-4, for your crystal, art, gifts and community resources.
I will be at St Catherine's on Sunday - please join me there for two unique events:
In the morning, I am joyfully joining Rev Ali for Blessing of the Animals- 11:30 AM- please bring your animal friends for Blessings and Reiki!!
In the afternoon, I will be playing singing bowls for the Labyrinth Walk, from 3-5 PM- Please come to walk in quiet contemplation, and stay to enjoy the sound healing.
