𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡 – 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲

We’re gearing up for our 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐡 on December 13th at The Gathering Place, and we couldn’t be more excited! Last year, our community showed up with so much joy and support that it quickly became one of our favorite events of the year. 💚

This event is 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 as a freewill offering, because we believe in creating fun, family-friendly moments that bring our community together—no barriers, no pressure, just connection.

As a 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭, we rely on local partnerships and community support to keep events like this going. We do not receive funding without doing the work, and sponsorships truly make it possible for us to continue offering these special experiences while keeping our space open and welcoming to all.

✨ We are putting out an all-call for sponsors—local businesses, individuals, or anyone who wants to help bring a little holiday magic to our community.

Last week, the IPWC hosted another incredible Peer Support Specialist Training — and we’re excited to share that three participants from NAMI Southwest Iowa successfully completed the training! 🎉💚

We’re incredibly proud of their dedication, compassion, and commitment to supporting others in their mental health journeys. Their hard work not only strengthens our programs, but also helps bring more hope and understanding to the communities we serve.

Thank you to IPWC for creating such a meaningful learning experience, and congratulations to all who participated — including our team members who represented NAMI Southwest Iowa with so much heart!

🇺🇸 Today, we honor our Veterans. 🇺🇸

To all who have served — thank you. Your courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.

We also recognize that for many veterans, the battles don’t always end when service does. Today and every day, we stand with you. We honor not only your service, but your strength, your resilience, and your stories.
