The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says tick bites are sending Americans to the emergency room at the highest rate in nearly 10 years.

During the second week of April, 71 out of every 100,000 emergency room visits were for tick bites. They are certainly nasty little creatures who can spread bacteria, viruses and parasites (pathogens) that cause diseases. However, from a direct primary office, we can't help but see the fact that the emergency room is now being used for tick bites because that is the only way people can get access to a doctor.

Dr. Matos got a ticket.

You know how we kind of get in the habit of parking in a specific parking spot? Then emotionally it becomes ours…

Well apparently Dr.Matos didn’t realize the attachment Jewell had to “her” spot and he parked in said spot.

Jewell could not let it go without punishment…so she left him a parking ticket.

Fun Fact: Dr. Bentz and Jewell like to pick on each other. Some might even use the word "prank" each other. The latest shenanigan includes Jewell making Dr. Bentz his very own "supplement". She collected enough desiccants (those things that keep things dry in medicine bottles) to make Dr. Bentz his own prescription including stickers recommending "DO EAT" and "YUMMY". She placed it with his supplements he keeps on his desk and it took 3 days for him to realize something was off. 😂
