It’s a busy and exciting day at Mitchell’s Drug Stores and in our community today!

We’re proud to partner with the Newton County Sheriff's Office for our annual DEA Drug Take Back Day right here at the pharmacy. This is a great opportunity to safely clean out your medicine cabinets and properly dispose of any unused or expired medications.

Inside the store, Missy Schibi Brunetto is set up offering free blood pressure screenings and is available to answer any health questions you may have. We also have light refreshments, so feel free to stop in, say hello, and take advantage of these free resources!

We’ll also be out in the community today at the Rural Healthcare Summit with Jill Carter for Senate #32 at the Joplin Public Library from 12:00–4:00 PM. We’re excited to connect with other local providers and share resources that help bridge healthcare gaps in our community. Southwest Missouri Rural Healthcare Summit
