Do all healers use Reiki? Short answer: No.

“Healer” is a broad term that can include many paths—
intuitive healing, sound healing, prayer, energy work, bodywork, breathwork, and more.

Reiki is a specific, structured healing modality.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works with universal life force energy through attunement and lineage.

What makes Reiki unique:

✨ Practitioners are attuned, not self-taught
✨ Supports nervous system, body, and energy field
✨ It supports the body’s natural healing response, rather than overriding it.

Not all healers practice Reiki, and not all energy work is Reiki.
