FOOD - Although seed oils are very unhealthy, NON-ORGANIC GRAINS ARE SIMPLY CARCINOGENIC. Yes, conventional breads, pastas, and flour items are cancer causing since they all contain glyphosates from commercial Roundup use. FDA safety research studies on glyphosates have been recently retracted after 25 years, they were found to be "ghost written" by Monsanto scientists. Alarming!

EXERCISE - Exercise has been proven to out perform all medications for the prevention and treatment of most common health conditions, including Alzheimer's. NECK AND SHOULDER SYNERGY

Your neck and shoulders work together in synergy and your neck supplies all the nerves that allow your shoulders to function properly. Since an inflamed cervical spinal joint will cause shoulder dysfunction, any shoulder rehab is incomplete without a cervical spine evaluation. Additionally, all shoulder motion involves the rotation of the clavicle and the shoulder blade or scapula. These 2 bones must be mobilized in order to restore the full function of any shoulder, regardless of the surgical history. If you have a shoulder that is not moving properly, especially after a rotator cuff surgery, have it evaluated and treated by a specialized musculoskeletal physician in our office. Rarely is surgery necessary in shoulder pain and PT is often incomplete due to the exclusion of a complete cervical spine evaluation. If you have shoulder, neck or mid-back pain and dysfunction, get a complete evaluation and treatment plan from our office before you suffer a permanent loss of function.

When people think about improving their health, they often think about capsules and powders.

But some of the most impactful things I recommend are much simpler:

• A high-quality water filter
Clean water reduces unnecessary chemical burden and supports hydration at a foundational level.

• Supportive walking shoes
If movement is medicine, proper support matters. Daily walking improves metabolic health, circulation, and stress regulation, but only if it’s sustainable.

• A standing desk option
Prolonged sitting impacts glucose regulation, circulation, and musculoskeletal health. Alternating posture throughout the day makes a measurable difference.

• A consistent morning sunlight routine
Natural light exposure helps regulate cortisol rhythm, circadian timing, and ultimately sleep quality.

None of these are flashy.
But each one directly influences daily physiology.
