🌟 Teacher Spotlight: Lahna Benson 🌟
Meet Lahna! A bright, grounded, and soulful teacher whose classes blend creativity, mindfulness, and flow. Lahna encourages her students to listen to their bodies, explore creativity in movement, and carry the lessons of yoga beyond the mat.

✨Beyond The Mat✨
🌻Lahna loves music & music festivals and has been going to them since 2018. This style influences the vibe of the music in her classes quite a bit.
🌻She loves going on walks, exploring anything outside & in the sun!
🌻Lahna became more serious about yoga & started her teacher training after her dad passed away in 2022 and has felt a much deeper connection to herself, her practice, and to her dad. It showed her that there is always a healthier outlet to turn to.
🌻She has been a pescatarian for about 10 years!
🌻Lahna and her brother are only 16 months apart & have matching tattoos.
