I’m reflecting on the most incredible Thankful Thursday at the IFB Networking Event & Sales Training with Inner Feminine Beast 🐆🔥 led by the amazing Cynthia. The connections, the conversations, the growth. Just truly such a beautifully curated space to learn, expand, and rise together.

I’m so grateful for every woman I met, every collaboration unfolding, and for the amazing clients I already get to serve… more to come! My heart 💜 is FULL. 💕

Happy beautiful souls 💜✨

Even healers need time to heal and find peace too 🧘‍♀️🌿 Just because we hold space for others doesn’t mean we don’t need to refill our own cup.

Yesterday I started my morning in the HOCATT ozone sauna at White Wolf Holistic Wellness Center and WOW 🔥 The combination of ozone therapy, PEMF waves, infrared light, deep heating to the bones, and aromatherapy was exactly what my body needed. When it’s cold, my foot and knee can get really sore (post-surgery life 🙏), and that deep penetrating heat felt like medicine straight to my bones.

Bonus? You can burn up to 600 calories in one session 😍🔥 which I love for my wellness journey!

I also slept SO well last night 😴✨ My nervous system clearly said “thank you.”

I am beyond grateful to my friend Courtland and his beautiful wife Ashley for making this powerful detox and healing technology accessible to the collective. Having spaces like this in our community is such a gift 💚

Happy 2/22 Energy Portal Day & Self-Care Sunday beautiful souls ✨💜♒️🔥

Yesterday’s retreat was pure medicine. The souls who gathered showed up fully… and left refilled with love + light, chakras balanced, massive energetic releases moved through, and hearts feeling lighter, grounded, and ready for this powerful Fire Horse year ahead 🔥🐎

We honored the elements intentionally balancing all that rising fire energy with WATER 💧 soaking in the hot tub, nourishing our bodies with vibrant chakra salads, infused water, creating chakra aromatherapy sprays, moving through breath + yoga, receiving sound healing, meditating, setting intentions, and allowing deep energetic clearing. It was exactly what our nervous systems, spirits, and bodies needed.
