Today was all about enjoying the little moments that refill my cup 🍡and raise my frequency πŸ’«

I started my morning with my non-negotiable guided meditation πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ grounding, centering, and aligning with gratitude. Then I enjoyed a good cup of tea πŸ«– while I made a delicious egg frittata 🍳 for brunch (and meal-prepped with it for the week πŸ™Œ). Afterwards, I wandered through the local farmers market, treated myself to fresh flowers 🌷, and filled my space with high-vibe energy that makes my home glow even brighter.

As a Cancer ♋️, I deeply value balance βš–οΈ between hustle and flow, nurturing others and caring for myself, creating and resting. So today, I’m embracing the stillness, recharging my energy, and preparing for another beautiful, busy week ahead. πŸ’–
