At JSPA, we are thankful for our dedicated and caring staff, our amazing residents and their families, our physicians and our wonderful and supportive community.

JSPA celebrated Thanksgiving by giving back to the community with a food drive where we partnered with Kate from Alvita care and donated food to Monmouth and Ocean County food bank”.

We served our residents and many of their families a wonderful Thanksgiving meal where the department heads participated and served the residents with white glove service a fabulous gourmet meal. We had a wonderful thanksgiving parade that all of the residents enjoyed.

JSPA gave out Thanksgiving Apple pies to all of our staff and physicians in appreciation for all they do!

With sad hearts, but with well wishes, JSPA celebrated our beloved Dr. Shi’s retirement with a luncheon including the many staff and physicians that appreciated, respected him and will greatly miss working with him. 
JSPA was honored to have him as part of our amazing team and wish him the best of luck in all of his adventures, like biking, mountain climbing, photography and most importantly enjoying time with his family. We wish him much happiness, health, and peace throughout his retirement.

🌟 Rehab Success Spotlight! 🌟

Audrey is a 75-year-old patient who arrived at JSPA after a fall, she had a right shoulder fracture, pelvic fractures, and was terrified of even standing, sometimes needing three therapists just to walk just a few feet.

Thanks to the dedication, guidance, and expertise of our incredible therapy team, she made amazing progress—moving from a hemi-walker → cane → hand-held assist → to walking completely on her own. Today, she is leaving JSPA independently, with NO assistive device! 💪🏼

Congratulations to our patient for her determination and to our therapists for helping her achieve this incredible milestone! 👏🏼❤️

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Renee Parker, Dietary Aide. Renee was working with us for a year and a half and had left us. She decided to come back to work with us and we are so happy that she did! She is a dedicated and loyal employee. She does her job very well, is very caring towards our residents and is always willing to give a helping hand.
