Meet Jessica Stavar, MPAS, PA-C, one of our dedicated Physician Associates here at Coastal ENT! ✨

Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Kean University and has been board certified by the NCCPA since 2025. Driven by a passion for patient-centered care, she enjoys the diverse and dynamic nature of ENT — from working with patients of all ages to performing hands-on procedures and managing a wide range of conditions.

Outside of work, Jessica loves spending time outdoors, working out, reading, and enjoying quality time with friends and family.

Hydrogen peroxide can be helpful when used correctly, especially for mild earwax buildup, routine ear cleaning, and after swimming.

When to avoid hydrogen peroxide in your ears:

✖️ Ear pain or suspected infection
✖️ History of a perforated eardrum
✖️ Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
✖️ Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis)
