VNACJ Community Health Center’s Keyport Primary Care Center will be closed until further notice due to an emergency issue.

We are relocating out Keyport provider team and support staff while we make repairs. We will be contacting all patients with appointments scheduled this week (February 9-13) to accommodate their health and wellness needs through telehealth of an alternate VNACJ CHC location.
