Our House I II III LLC has an opening for an administrative assistant to join our team. Since 2001, we have been dedicated to supporting and caring for disabled family members in Neshkoro and the surrounding community. We understand the importance of connection and compassion. Description:
Full-time, Day Shift 8am-4pm
(On-call responsibilities may be required.)
CNA or CBRF Certification required.
Duties:
Create a schedule for caregivers.
Ensure and prepare all dietary menus each month to effectively meet the needs of our members. This commitment not only promotes well-being but also enhances the overall experience and satisfaction within the home.
Assist with in-services for staff each month.
Maintain adequate staff by assisting with recruiting and hiring.
Assist with training each new employee, thoroughly, in his/her duties and in the Policies and Procedures, as they relate to their position.
Be responsible for having the MAR prepared accurately monthly, or as needed with medicine changes.
Be responsible for ordering or refilling medication changes from the physician.
Attend member assessments and ISP reviews for all current residents.
Report any resident health concerns to the administration.
Document and changes in conditions and update ISP as needed.
Monitor staff for appropriate usage of PPE equipment.
Be a team player and perform various other duties as may be requested, within your scope of knowledge, by the administrator.
Complete incident report forms as necessary for residents, self, visitors, or co-workers.
Contact management when necessary for emergency situations.
Answer telephones and emails promptly and courteously, always exceeding the highest quality customer service.
Work with staff to ensure that appropriate shift communication is relayed between shifts.
Uphold (HIPPA) regulations.
Uphold DHS 83 state guidelines. Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Comply with all Our House I II III LLC policies and procedures.
Fill in for absent caregivers, when needed.
