There are only 6 appointments left for March.

If your body has been tight, sore, worn down, or running on fumes… this is your reminder that pushing through isn’t the same as taking care of yourself.

An hour can change a lot.

Muscles loosen.
The tension you’ve been carrying finally lets go.
You walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and like yourself again.

Once these last few spots are gone, March is closed and we move into April.

From Tiffany:

For the past six years, Saturdays have been a regular part of my schedule here at Sculpted/Sculpted Beauty. Weekend appointments have helped so many of you fit self-care into busy lives, and I’ve always tried to make that availability work.

But life moves through seasons.

Lately, Saturdays have also become the most unpredictable part of my schedule, with last-minute changes, cancellations, and no-shows happening more frequently than during the week. I completely understand that life happens and schedules change — but when that happens at the last minute, it can leave large gaps in the day that can’t be refilled. As a small business owner, that directly affects both my schedule and my paycheck.

At the same time, my daughter is now seven and becoming busier with ball games and activities, and I have a nephew whose games I’ve missed more often than I’d like because Saturdays have always meant work.

After a lot of thought, I’ve realized that if I’m going to step away from family time, it needs to be time that’s certain and well used — and lately Saturdays just haven’t been that.

So beginning in May, I will no longer be working Saturdays. I will honor all appointments already scheduled for now through the first weekend of May, but after that all Saturday appointments will be moved to weekdays.

This decision allows me to be present for the people who matter most in my life. After six years of weekend work, it’s time for a new rhythm.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my work, trusted my hands, and allowed me to do what I love. I’m still here during the week and look forward to continuing to care for you.

This change does also allow others - Akelia to restart her Saturdays. So rest assured, someone will always be available for a Saturday self-care day!

If you’ve never experienced Electro-Lymphatic Detox, most people aren’t sure what to expect.

This isn’t a relaxation massage.
And it’s not a cosmetic-only treatment.

This is a whole-body wellness support treatment — designed to help encourage lymphatic movement, reduce fluid stagnation, and support the body’s natural detox pathways.

Many clients choose this when they’re dealing with things like:
• Autoimmune conditions (like Hashimoto’s or Lupus)
• Lymphedema or Lipedema support
• Post-cosmetic surgery recovery (like lipo or tummy tuck)
• Chronic inflammation or fluid retention
• Overall wellness maintenance

During treatment, most people feel a light pulsing or stimulation — not painful, not aggressive — just enough to encourage movement in areas where the body can get sluggish.

Clients often say they feel:
Less swollen
Less heavy
More comfortable in their body
More balanced overall

For many people, this becomes part of their long-term wellness routine — not just something they do when something is wrong.

Because sometimes supporting your body is about helping it work with you, not against you.
