Navigating Mirrors & Reflections in the Eclipse Portal 🪞🌑

Eclipses are potent time when shadows are illuminated, the darkness comes out to be seen, and we are given an opportunity to heal hidden aspects of our psyche. It is a moment to go inside and ask our guides, “What is my highest timeline? Please clear any blocks so that I can self-actualize.”

Eclipses are not subtle. They are disruptors, catalyzing initiations and pulling us into deep, undeniable transformation. They can be a tricky, difficult energy, but they will effectively dislodge anything that is stuck, stagnant, and needs to move. They speed things up and propel us into quantum leaps. They reveal whatever is hiding beneath the surface blocking our evolution. However, make sure your feet are pointed in the right direction.

This eclipse is a reckoning in our relationships—with others, with ourselves, and with the subconscious forces that have shaped our identities. Our relationships are our most powerful mirrors and reflections. They show us the parts of ourselves that are difficult — or even impossible — to see on our own. A powerful relationship will bring our deepest wounds, fears, insecurities, and unconscious patterns to the surface so that they can be witnessed and healed in the the light of awareness and love.

This eclipse is an opportunity to create deeper alliances in our lives — to determine who you can trust and build a stronger foundation with our partners and allies. Can you trust the reflections in front of you?

Eclipses don’t ask. They clear the path—whether we feel ready or not. You may be forced to look at things that feel overwhelming— trust the timing.

But here’s the thing: you have a choice.

You can resist, cling to the old, and fear the unknown— OR you can stand in the fire of transformation and let it rebirth you.🔥

This Eclipse is a portal.

Take a breath, light a candle, and burn away the old patterns that are holding you back from your highest timeline. Walk through the fire with courage, clarity and intention.

Ancestral Medicine & Sexuality 🌿

Sexuality is not a topic that we often discuss in our public forums at ThetaSoma™, but we cannot truly address ancestral medicine without honoring our s*xuality.

We are creative beings, and our creativity is deeply connected to our s*xuality. When we experience trauma, control, or shame around our s*xuality, our ability to access creative energy can feel limited -- until we integrate fully.

Shame has been weaponized through religious and cultural indoctrination for thousands of years to stifle our connection to this sacred, creative force. But, before this shift in collective consciousness, s*xuality was a central aspect of human life. Many rituals were centralized around s*xual practices, and s*xual expression was viewed as natural.

The Utroba Cave was carved in Bulgaria over 3,000 years ago. It is a representation of a v***a, and the inside has been carved into a uterus.

Healing our relationship to our own s*xuality IS ancestral medicine... it IS ancestral healing. Our ancestors were deeply connected to the creative web of life, they revered and honored our s*x organs, fertility, and s*xual energy. These practices are one in the same.
