•summer update•
My Nevada City practice is taking a summer siesta until the second week of September. My mom is selling my childhood home, so I’m taking some time to properly enjoy my last summer on the lake, empty the house of decades of memories, and help her move across the country. I look forward to seeing new and returning patients in September! I will be offering virtual health/herbal consults as well as Somatic Experiencing sessions while I’m away.
May we all find space for reflection, rest, and play during these long summer days ❣️

Really excited to be offering my first course in an ongoing effort to bring digestible (😉) health information to patients. A better informed patient is a more empowered patient - able to advocate for themselves in a spider’s web of a healthcare system. This class will be held via Zoom and is open to anyone! A recording will be provided if you can’t attend live.
