Business 🆙 🔝, party 🎉 below ⬇️

Not gonna lie. This January has felt like a never ending Monday.

This amazing breath has helped me get through each bump, hiccup and snafu that came over this past month.

Its also been an amazing month meeting and connecting with new people and leading them through beautiful stress detox breathwork sessions.

Grateful I have a breath. Grateful I have emotions to feel.

My first breathwork session felt like a huge weight was lifted away, an unexplainable weight that I had carried around for so long. How could breathing do this?

It turns out that the therapy I really needed was one that cleared out the emotions stuck in my body.

Those suppressed emotions that we’ve been holding onto, those feelings of unworthiness and not being good enough,stay in our bodies unless we release them.

i’m thankful that I found breathwork. My healing tool. I’m proud to be on a journey of self-healing and learning to me the real me. I encourage you to explore, let go of expectations, and search for your own self healing tools and ways to make yourself feel good.

For me, breathwork got me off the hamster wheel of life. It helped end my burnout. It made me realize there’s so much more to life than your job, where you live, how much money you make, where are you go on vacations. It took me out of the matrix, and I’m never looking back!

Box Breathing on Boxing Day

BOX BREATHING
To deal with anxiety, let’s try box breathing

Box breathing is helpful during extreme stress and has been shown to calm and regulate out nervous system.
Slowing down the breath allows CO2 to build up in your blood, which stimulates the response of the vagus nerve, producing feeling of calmness throughout the body.
Next time you are feeling stressed, try this:

Inhale for 4

Hold for 4

Exhale for 4

Hold for 4

Repeat

✌️Breathe in through your nose for 5 seconds and out your nose or pursed lips for 5 seconds. Make sure you’re breathing deep down to your belly.
