“This was such a wonderful experience. I did not know what to expect but everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I learned a lot that I will carry into my everyday life. We only had 2 days but I will never forget my time there. I hope to return again and also the food was amazing! On a side note, I don't know if it was the meditation techniques or the energy and beauty of it , but I always have chronic pain(i.e. arthritis and hip issues) and I can honestly say I had no pain the entire time. Ananda is magical!”
