Wow. That’s honestly the only word that fits right now.

Just as we sat up from our final Savasana, the sky was glowing with a soft, rosy pink sunset lighting up the view over Pan Dulce. I attempted to scurry out to the shoreline to capture it on film, but as I exited the jungle the moment had passed. As this happens often, I’ll be sure to catch it for you one of these days.

I would truly love to welcome you here. Whether you come for a retreat, or come on your own, know that you’re always invited. If you’re curious about visiting the Osa Peninsula, Encanta la Vida, or anywhere in Costa Rica, I’m happy to help you design your visit as I do know it well and love to offer support for a magical adventure .

This quiet stretch between Christmas and New Year’s Eve has always been one of my favorite weeks of the year.

Time seems to slow, almost as if it’s offering us one last invitation to pause.

A time in the in-between, a liminal space where nothing is being asked of us yet, offering us a quiet clearing before the momentum of new intentions, fresh hopes, and emerging dreams begins to gather.

This week is the threshold between the two.
The stillness after the shedding and before the charge.

May you savor this silence.
