Offering ongoing therapeutic support on all levels as well as spiritual mentorship for going deeper in our healing and awakening — together.
- Managing the stresses in life by regulating your nervous system
- Releasing fixed, conditioned patterns that hold you back
- Learning to flow with emotions, instead of blocking or flooding
- Healing the symptoms of trauma such as depression, anxiety,
relationship issues, health issues, and more.
- Spiritual guidance for awakening to your true nature and embodying that on all levels

This is an open group, and it is recommended that you make a weekly commitment for 1-3 months to receive more benefit.

Join Jacquie Weills for Restorative Yoga every Monday at 3:30pm at Inner Path in Nevada City. This class combines gentle yoga asana for strength and flexibility as well as meditation, breathwork and relaxing restorative poses using bolsters, blankets and hands-on adjustments. All levels.

Class Fee:
$15 – Drop In
$75 – 5 Class Pass ($70 if cash)

Or new local students can get $30 for 30 days of unlimited yoga if you sign up before April 1, 2026.

Juli teaches Slow Flow and Restore every Monday at 9am, here at Inner Path in Nevada City.

The class will begin with a gentle flowing yoga sequence marrying breathwork with movement, followed by several restorative poses and savasana for release and relaxation. A variety of props, such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters, will be used for support and alignment.

Suggested Donation: $20 per class or $150 for a 10-class pass
