Autumn Mood 🍁🍂

November brings all the feels. I’ve been feeling a little burnt out lately so have taken some time to turn inward, rest and nourish myself before the busy holiday season 🎄

Think herbal teas and broths - altar building, incense burning, hot baths with candles and of course exercise!

These autumn leaves are outside my gym which I’ve been going to for almost 3 years now! It’s been a life saver for my perimenopause symptoms which I’m managing so far without HRT.

Moving my body and sweating has been keeping my brain fog anxiety and depression at bay while building lean muscle mass and improving overall strength and resilience.

Halloween m in Nevada City is definitely a treat! 🎃

This small town goes all out with spooky decorations, tons of candy, creative costumes and a great vibe!

I’ve been taking my kids trick or treating for years and it never disappoints…

Last night was unseasonably warm which made strolling around town at twilight even more enjoyable.

Hope you all have a meaningful cross quarter- honoring your ancestors and celebrating the shift towards the darker part of the year.
