Honestly, I can not believe that this retreat is actually here. In a week we embark on this adventure that took two years to bring to completion, (+ 15 years of leading Hold Me Tight® Couples workshops).

I am honored and excited to facilitate our Hold Me Tight® couples retreat, at the magnificent Imiloa Institute, in Costa Rica, sharing the work of Sue Johnson and the Hold Me Tight® model she created.

And so there I was, flying into the Himalayas in Northern India. It was way outside of my comfort zone, but I am so glad I did it! It was a transformative experience of turning a breakdown into a breakthrough.
