Tonight we're practicing together at the stillest point of the entire lunar month — breath, movement, and meditation to shed the weight of winter and step into spring with a clear mind, a settled nervous system, and real vitality underneath you.
Here's what's happening right now:
The Moon has gone dark and quiet. And when it does, the mind has a chance to do the same. The nervous system gets a breath. The body softens.
The Equinox is two days away — that rare moment when day and night come into perfect equilibrium. And right before that threshold opens, we get this. A pause. A reset. It feels like nature and the cosmos conspiring for our transformation.
The seeds you plant at the New Moon grow with the season. When you set an intention from a clear, settled inner state — at the moment the Moon is at its most receptive — something takes root. And when the Equinox arrives and the light shifts, you're already in motion. Already aligned. Ready to blossom into something new.
