This autumn, I’m opening spaces for a couple of one-on-one clients ready to journey deeper into their genius and creative expression.

My private practice weaves together Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, a mindfulness-based, experiential, body-centered approach that explores how unconscious beliefs shape our present experience and helps us create new, embodied stories of self with the Innate Somatic Intelligence™️ Trauma Therapy (ISITTA) method, a somatic-integrative trauma integration modality grounded in the idea that the body holds an innate healing intelligence and that through embodiment, movement, and felt-sense awareness we can safely release + integrate trauma and awaken our inner wisdom.

Rooted in nearly 20 years of body-based mindful therapeutic practices in yoga, meditation, ceremony, and ritual, each session integrates the wisdom of the body with the intelligence of ritual, plant medicine, and presence guiding the nervous system toward regulation and wholeness.

My own signature creation, the QiTanYo Method, blends Qigong and Yoga Therapy with ceremony, elemental wisdom, and ritual, while incorporating therapeutic shadow integration work along side Mindful Structural Integration Bodywork as appropriate w/ in-person sessions.

I am currently offering 10-session commitmentsat a special autumn rate, as well as mentorship programs spanning 3 / 6 / 9 months. These immersive containers may include ongoing personal check-ins, private 1:1 ceremony, music and voice work, nourishment guidance, altar creation, plant allies, guide-work, shadow integration and Mindful Structural Integration Body Work when in person.
Sessions are as powerful via Virtual as In-Person.

What is Sing Praise?

Sing Praise! is not your average song circle—it’s a queer revival, a ritual of collective prayer and joy, led by music minister KJ Song.

Sing Praise! is a place to wail, harmonize, stomp, and rise. It’s for anyone hungry for Spirit without the strings, for prayer without dogma, for a free voice that sings back, for a moment of communal aliveness that feels like YES.

This isn’t a concert and not a “vocal jam” — it’s a homecoming.

This is a song SERVICE, curated by KJ, without any dogma or religious affiliation. It’s a place to let loose and sing songs that actually stir something deep. You don’t need to be “musical.” You just need to come.

We gather at Temple of Integration at 417 Broad St. B in downtown at 4:00.

THE ALCHEMY OF BALANCED POLARITY
An Autumn Equinox Ceremony
Sept 19–21 | Nevada City, CA

Transmute rage into radiance.

Rose will soften and open our hearts.
Grandfather will ground our roots.
And together, we will meet ourselves raw, radiant, and reborn.

Throughout the weekend, we will be held in a field of devotion and embodiment, anointing with sacred oils, offering cacao and flowers, and weaving prayerful sound into each moment.

Our days will be guided by breath, movement, and voice activation, opening pathways for insight to land in the body. Somatic practices, sacred rage release, and expressive movement allow emotion to flow and medicine to move through us in tangible ways. In reciprocity, we deepen our reverence for the plant allies guiding us, especially Rose and Grandfather San Pedro.

This weekend is a living altar of transformation, a soulful celebration of sacred rage and tender bloom, of masculine rootedness and feminine surrender. Anchored in Rose Dieta, tinctures, cacao, and anointing, we will walk the land, bathe in rivers, sing, dance, and feast with hearts wide open.

We’ll close in a rhythm of integration with nourishing meals, sharing circles, and reflection in community. A space to digest the experience and reweave its gifts into our lives with coherence and grace.

This 3-day Rose Dieta Retreat adapts an Amazonian practice rooted in the Shipibo tradition, offering an intimate container of intentional connection, purification, and listening. Rose becomes our guide, soft yet strong, reminding us how we wish to walk in the world.
